EXCHANGE
In Lisbon, most higher education institutions are part of European exchange programmes (e.g. Erasmus+) or have established protocols with universities all over the world. For clarifications, please contact the office that supports international students that exists in each institution.
Highlights go to the partnerships with international universities (e.g. the MIT – Massachusetts Institute of Technology, UT Austin, Carnegie Mellon), where there are double degree university courses. These partnerships aim to build close relationships in the higher education and are recognised worldwide as some of the most prestigious programmes in the scope of the collaboration between universities, allowing for the exchange of students and teachers.
